"Możliwość wykupienia miejsca w garażu."

"Zamiast przestronnego apartamentu pokoik w którym ledwo się mieściły dwa wąskie łóżka , brzydki zapach jak później odkryłem z brudnego czajnika , nie wiem co ktoś w nim wcześniej gotował ale waliło mocno. Brak suszarki , chyba że w opisie chodziło o grzejnik do suszenia ręczników. Widok nie na miasto tylko na zabudowane dookoła budynkiem podwórze w zasadzie trawnik. Obsługa chyba nie do końca postępuje OK bo dostałem e-maila że się nie pojawiłem i rezerwacja została anulowana."

"Miałem rezerwacje, ze śniadaniami a w dniu przyjazdu dowiedziałem się, że Wolsa Residence nie realizuje już śniadań dla gości. Dopiero po tym jak na drugi dzień rano upieraliśmy się, że wykupiliśmy usługę ze śniadaniem to Pani z recepcji łaskawie wykupiła dla nas najtańsze śniadania w restauracji DAY OFF, która znajduję się w tym samym budynku."

"Zdjęcia, które były prezentowane na stronie internatowej znacznie odbiegają od rzeczywistości. Zamawiałam całkiem inny pokój niż otrzymałam. Nie miałam dobrze wyposażonej kuchni( aneksu), nie było suszarki w pokoju, papier toaletowy musiałam sobie dokupić, dojazd do hotelu skomplikowany, dojazd do garażu jeszcze gorzej. Śniadania z góry ustalone, codziennie to samo albo kiełbaski albo jajecznica i patera z wędliną, serem, ogórki i pomidory Jedna mała kawa, nic na słodko. Krótko mówiąc opis hotelu odbiega zupełnie od rzeczywistości."
