"Do willi ewa prowadzi wąska stroma ulica kwiatowa [boczna ul. Kłodzkiej]na peryferiach Polanicy.Ciasny parking[zjeżdża się dół]mieści tylko 3 samochody i jeden na wjezdzie.Chcąc wyjechać trzeba prosić sąsiada parkingu by udostępnił wyjazd.Byłem tam od 13-tego do 18-tego września było zimno w nocy temperatura spadała do sześciu stopni.Miałem 2-osobowy zimny pokój- w małej łazience myłem się przez pięć dni w zimnej wodzie bo nie chciano odkręcić ciepłej. Gospodarz starszy pan słabo słyszący,głośno do niego mówiłem zapłacić za pokój musiałem zaraz po przyjezdzie.Telewizor kineskopowy 17" wciąż znikał obraz radia wcale nie było,do tego jeszcze trzeszcząca podłoga.Nikomu nie życzę aby tam trafił i zamieszkał bo jest tam okropnie"

"Największym plusem tego obiektu jest jego lokalizacja - blisko centrum Polanicy, ale jednocześnie w cichej, spokojnej uliczce. Standard adekwatny do ceny, choć łazienkom przydałby się remont (brak wentylacji, spore zawilgocenie, zapchane odpływy). Dostępna, wyposażona kuchnia - lodówka, mikrofalówka, kuchenka, naczynia, czyli wszystko co potrzebne. Minusem jest to, że właściciele potrafią przenosić gości między pokojami w trakcie ich nieobecności i to bez żadnego uprzedzenia - wracasz z gór, a tu się okazuje, że ktoś przeniósł Twoje rzeczy do innego pokoju, bo pokój, który do tej pory zajmowałeś był odpowiedniejszy dla kogoś innego. Warto przed przyjazdem potwierdzić, że doszła zaliczka. "
