"Először is nagyon kedves volt a bérlemény tulajdonosa. A ház tökéletesen megfelel kisebb baráti társaságok, kisgyermekes családok részére is, akik nem igénylik a luxus körülményeket, viszont fontos nekik a jó ár-érték viszony. Az egyszerűen felszerelt konyhában gond nélkül elkészíthető egy reggeli, de kis rutinnal rendelkezők egy vacsorát is biztosan megoldanak benne."
