- The house is located away from the road, with a large garden, a gazebo, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue. For children, there is a playground with a slide, a swing and a sandbox, hammocks, a swimming pool (available on warm days) and a large 7-person garden jacuzzi.
- Accommodation in a house with approx. 18 beds (possibility to rent all rooms exclusively, e.g. for organized groups).
- Rooms for 2, 3, 4 and 5 people (possibility of adding a cot or an extra bed with a mattress).
- Two-story family studio (downstairs - living room with bathroom, first floor - bedroom).
- Each room has its own bathroom (shower, toilet, soap dispenser), TV with terrestrial television, mini-fridge and a fan on hot days.
- Fully equipped communal kitchen (cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, kettle, plates).
- For guests with small children, a travel cot, a feeding chair and a baby bathtub are available.

Myczkowce is a picturesque and peaceful village located on Lake Myczkowieckie, surrounded by beautiful mountains and deciduous forests, offering the opportunity to relax in peace and quiet in a beautiful setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In Myczkowce itself there are many places to see, e.g. the dam on the San River, the Myczkowieckie Rocks natural monument, the Biblical Garden and miniatures of Orthodox churches in the Caritas Center, the Mini Zoo, the Miraculous Spring in Zwierzyń. Nearby there are (from 50-500 m): Shops, bars and restaurants, souvenir shops. Bicycle rental, horse riding and Spa resort with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna and bowling alley.
