Our family house can accommodate 13 people, with 3 rooms and a living room (where a pull-out corner sofa can accommodate 2 people and a single bed (3 people in total). The other rooms are 1 room: Large double bed (2 people in total), 2 Room with pull-out sofa for 2 people and a single bed (3 people in total), Room 3: 3 single beds and a double bunk bed (5 people in total) Spacious rooms, all rooms with air conditioning and flat screen TV .Toys for children are in the house, play kitchen, etc.
There is a large bathroom with a 2-person shower and a large 2-person corner bath with 2 washbasins.
There is a laundry room in a separate room, which also has a toilet and a washbasin with a washing machine and dryer. Plus another toilet is located next to the bathroom. Garbage is collected selectively, communal mixed, paper, and plastic, jars.
Internet and wifi are in the house. There is also an outdoor dining area on our covered terrace opening from the house, the sides of the terrace are closed but in summer (pvc) with sides that can be folded up and down. The jacuzzi is also located here, which can be used for 6-7 people all year round. As a corner plot, there is plenty of free space in the area, with 25-year-old spruce pine trees at the front and back. With irrigation system. The sauna on 2 levels can accommodate up to 10 people. There is a closed covered 2 car garage in the area. It is possible to enter the yard of the house or the garage from 2 sides. All our gates and garage gates are also electrically operated by remote control. Opposite the house is a pharmacy open until H-P and a doctor's office next to it. The largest ABC of the resort is 30 meters away.
