Apartmanunk Budapesten közvetlenül a Belváros melletti XIII. kerületben van, a Gyöngyösi utcai metró sétatávra van, a zöld környezet, a csend és a Duna közelsége miatti jó levegő okán szinte olyan, mintha vidéken lenne. Sajnáljuk, hogy elkerülte a Vendégek és a magyar Segítőjük figyelmét, hogy a hálószoba légkondi (AC) 3.000 Ft/nap. Az eltérő Vendég igények alapján úgy áraztunk, hogy minden Vendég csak azt a szolgáltatást kérje és csak azért a szolgáltatásért fizessen, amit valóban szeretne igénybe venni. Önök 4 főre foglaltak szállást és azt jelezték, hogy kérnek légkondit (AC-t), így is vártuk Önöket. Megérkezésüket követően mondták le a jelen lévő magyar Segítőjük szállását és a légkondit (AC-t). Kérésük szerint természetesen sem a magyar Segítőjük szállásdíja sem pedig a légkondi (AC) díja nem került felszámításra. Meg vagyunk győződve attól, hogy a magasföldszinti, tégla, redőnyös és belső fás parkra néző Apartman hőmérsékletlete klíma nélkül, környezetbarátságosan is kellemes.

"Egy régi társasház földszinti lakása remekül, ízlésesen felújítva. Mindent megtaláltunk, amire szükségünk volt: zuhanyt, edényeket, kávé- és teafőzési lehetőséget, kényelmes, új ágyakat, tiszta környezetet. A jövőben is tervezünk itt megszállni."
