Apartament Lividus 333 - Sweethouse Świnoujście

Luxurious, air-conditioned one-room apartment on the third floor. It consists of a living room with a comfortable bed, connected to an equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, 2-burner electric hob, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The window overlooks the inner courtyard. Within the apartment you can use wi-fi. The apartment includes a parking space on the property.

Apart Park is a complex of three luxury buildings: Albus, Rubus and Lividus, commissioned in 2020. There is an elevator in each building. In one of them, in Lividus, there is a SPA zone and a gym. The SPA zone consists of: a swimming pool, jacuzzi and 3 saunas (one steam and two dry). The SPA zone is open daily from 10 am to 8 pm. Its cost is PLN 25 per hour per person. The cost of a single entry to the gym is PLN 35 per person. To pay the fee, you must report to the reception of the Lividus building. The complex is located very close to the sea and the renovated promenade, where you can use numerous dining and shopping facilities, and at the same time in an intimate part of the Świnoujście Seaside District. An undoubted advantage is also the proximity of the aquapark.
