Apartament Sowińskiego 12 Bydgoszcz

We have put a lot of heart into making our cozy apartment at 12 Sowińskiego Street available to you. It is the perfect haven for wandering travelers and those visiting Bydgoszcz for business.

The location is ideal—approximately a 7-minute walk from the Bydgoszcz Główna railway station, making it close to many tourist attractions in our city, such as the Old Town, historic 100-year-old tenements, the Brda Boulevard, the Music District, Londynek, and easy access to Myślęcin Park—the green lungs of Bydgoszcz.

Vehicle parking is available on the street right by the tenement at a rate of 2.60 PLN/hour or 25 PLN/day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (free on weekends and holidays). Due to changes in the paid parking zone, there are also temporarily some free parking spaces in our neighborhood.

The apartment is perfect for a single person or a couple (potentially also for a couple with a child—we plan to purchase a crib and a baby bathtub). The kitchen is exceptional, practically fully equipped (oven, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, mixer, coffee maker, tea kettle, salt, pepper, sugar, even a rolling pin and cake molds, etc.). You don't need to bring a hairdryer, towels, or toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) as they are all provided. You can also do laundry on-site during a longer stay.

Our apartment also provides a good place for remote work with fast internet (over 150 Mb/s). You also have access to a SmartTV with terrestrial HbbTV, and you can log into Netflix, YouTube, and more.

The entire apartment has been renovated and stylishly furnished with your comfort in mind. There's no need to climb stairs— the apartment is on the ground floor. For your safety, the building is equipped with video monitoring.

Now it's time to explore the city. Exiting the apartment, you'll find a market with healthy food nearby, and walking along narrow streets, you can reach the Philharmonic (approximately 10-15 minutes on foot), Opera Nova (10 minutes on foot), and the Old Town (15 minutes on foot). You can visit the Olympic swimming pool (Astoria - 5 minutes), the Spider climbing wall (10 minutes), or dine at the Dzikowisko restaurant (featured on M. Gessler's show - 5 minutes) or the Vansa Ghar Indian restaurant (5 minutes). Extract from the regulations of the accomodation facility:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.
- Quiet hours: Please maintain silence during nighttime hours (from 22:00 to 7:00) to avoid disturbing the peace of the neighbors. Be mindful of loud music, television, and other sounds that may disrupt the residents of our building.
- Attractive discounts for long stays (1 week: 10%, 2 weeks: 15%, 3 weeks: 20%, 4 weeks and more: 25%).
- Payment by bank transfer.
