Summer Home is a modern studio, located in Eforie Nord, very close to the seashore (about 400m from the beach). The location is on the 5th floor of a new building, commissioned in 2021. The spacious room with an area of 33 square meters offers a balcony with partial sea and park views, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and gas boiler for heating and hot water, double bed (180x200cm), modern bathroom with walk-in shower, generous wardrobe for clothes, smart TV and free internet throughout the location. Private parking space is also provided on site. The block has 2 modern elevators, being located in a quiet area of the resort.
Maximum accommodation capacity, 2 adults and 1 child.
Pets are not allowed, bachelor parties are not accepted at the location.
The quiet hours will be observed 22.00-09.00.
Only payments by bank transfer are accepted.
