"In mare parte a fost ok, au schimbat prosoapele la 2 zile"

"In schimb pe jos a fost foarte murdar , par , praf , timp de 3 zile nu sa aspirat sau spălat , inclusiv murdar a fost când ne-am cazat, fiind cu copil mic ce circula in 4 labe a fost destul de nașpa"

Nu stiu ce mizerie ati găsit când la noi totul lucește de curat iar dacă a omis ceva fata de la curatenie, trebuia să îmi Spuneti. Apartamentul îl primiți curat , apartamentele sunt in regim self catering și sunt clasificate la 3 stele unde aveti următoarele servicii: scoatem gunoiul zilnic, după 2 nopti schimbam prosoapele ,după 3 nopti facem curatenie și schimbam lenjeria de pat. Nu vă facem curatenie în fiecare zi la banii pe care i-ati plătit!! Dacă doriți ceva în plus va recomand pe viitor cazare la Hotelul Lotus de 5 stele. Numai bine! Dana
