Guests can make use of the attractively furnished common areas. Six recreational zones have been planned in the closed and monitored area, where, among others, there are outdoor gym equipment, elements of small garden architecture and specially arranged greenery. The building also has a roof terrace, which is an additional recreational space. There are plants here, but also gazebos, benches, decorative lights and a telescope to admire the panorama of the city and observe the sky. Two glass elevators take residents to the roof.

Each apartment has one parking space in the garage (extra charge).

The apartments are equipped with bed linen and towels.

The observation deck is open from 6 am to 10 pm

In order to check-in before arrival, it is necessary to complete online formalities, such as: signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental fee (if only part of it has been paid), cleaning fee, deposit and tourist tax and any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g. parking staying with a dog).

In selected facilities it is possible to enter the apartment using a code to the door or using a key machine, the code will be made available on the day of check-in after completing the formalities. You will receive information on how to collect the keys a few days before your arrival. Where key collection takes place at the local office, please call to arrange key collection (at least 24 hours prior to arrival).
