"Nocleg mieliśmy zarezerwowany na 2 noce. Nie otrzymaliśmy kodów do klatki i mieszkania.Juz z podróży, w ostatnim momencie udało mi sie dodzwonić do biura lokalnego, aby uzyskać te kody.Przejechalismy przez pół Polski, ale na miejscu okazalo się, że w całym mieszkaniu nie ma ciepłej wody.O prysznicu po podróży, czy też wieczornym można było pomarzyć.Kolejnego dnia, z rana wody nadal nie było. Zaproponowano nam zmianę mieszkania do zupełnie innej lokalizacji i bez parkingu.Ponieważ mieliśmy ustalone badania z dzieckiem w CZDZ, nie mieliśmy czasu na przeprowadzki.Ciepla woda ostatecznie pojawiła się ostatniego wieczoru, w późnych godzinach.Podejście Pani z biura lokalnego- olewające i dziwne.Po przyjeździe z dzieckiem na mieszkanie, spędziliśmy ponad godzinę na klatce schodowej, gdyż zmieniono nam kod, o czym oczywiście nikt nas nie poinformował. Pomógł nam dopiero Pan z biura ogólnopolskiego, którego obsługa klienta była jak najbardziej w porządku. Jak już wspomniałam Pani z lokalnego-warszawskiego-porażka.Obiecała rekompensatę za niedogodności, jednak bez odezwu."
