We would like to inform you that the renovation at ul. Behind Strug is finished! Access to the complex is made in a new standard, we invite you to visit!

Sun & Snow Resorts Lipki Park is a new premium apartment complex, opened in 2018. Located in Zakopane, at 41 Za Strugiem Street. The facility is located near the city center. The apartments have a unique view of the Tatras. There are charming walking areas nearby.

The picturesque surroundings and the high standard of all apartments make the facility very popular among our guests. We provide free Wi-Fi on the premises.

The apartments are equipped with clean linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a dining and seating area, a flat-screen TV.

In addition, on the premises, for the use of guests, there is:

- free gym

- a place for a barbecue

- free dry sauna

- free rental of boules balls

- swimming pool (only open during the summer season) - details in the local office

- fireplace and restaurant room

- children's Corner

Possibility of using a washing machine (PLN 20/wash) and renting an ironing board and a clothes dryer.

Please inform the reception in advance if you wish to use the property's additional facilities.

IMPORTANT!
In order to check-in before arrival, it is necessary to complete online formalities, such as: signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental fee (if only part of it has been paid), cleaning fee, deposit and tourist tax and any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g. parking staying with a dog).

In selected facilities it is possible to enter the apartment using a code to the door or using a key machine, the code will be made available on the day of check-in after completing the formalities. You will receive information on how to collect the keys a few days before your arrival. Where key collection takes place at the local office, please contact us by phone to arrange key collection (at least 24 hours prior to arrival).
