Sopocka Rezydencja is located in a quiet and peaceful area, not far from the Ergo Arena and the Sopot Hippodrome. The estate is closed and protected, thanks to which our guests can feel safe. There is a green courtyard with a separate playground for children and outdoor bicycle racks. In front of the building you will find a well-stocked grocery store.

The facility is highly appreciated by our guests due to its excellent location and high standard of all apartments. Sopocka Rezydencja is a facility that will satisfy the expectations of even the most demanding Guests.

Guests of the apartments can use the modern fitness room and recreation room (table football, table tennis table) free of charge.

Selected apartments are assigned parking spaces or spaces in the underground garage (additionally payable).

IMPORTANT!
In order to check-in before arrival, it is necessary to complete online formalities, such as: signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental fee (if only part of it has been paid), cleaning fee, deposit and tourist tax and any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g. parking staying with a dog).

In selected facilities it is possible to enter the apartment using a code to the door or using a key machine, the code will be made available on the day of check-in after completing the formalities. You will receive information on how to collect the keys a few days before your arrival. Where key collection takes place at the local office, please call to arrange key collection (at least 24 hours prior to arrival).
