Bałtycka Apartments is a complex of two residential buildings located on the edge of the seaside district of Świnoujście, surrounded by a picturesque forest and close to the beach (only 500 m). It is a quiet and intimate location, yet close to the centre of Świnoujście (1.5 km) and the Polish-German border (500 m). The building has lift access and an underground garage. There is a playground for children on the premises.

Not all apartments in the building have parking spaces in the underground garage (PLN 40 per day). Before booking, ask the property staff about guaranteeing a garage space.

Our office is on the Lutycka Street. You will reach the entry and parking place from the Karsiborska Street (navigation: Karsiborska 1)
After 6pm you can pick up the keys from our safe under the condition that your stay is fully payed.

"Apartament jest na parterze, z sypialni jest wyjście na balkon ze stolikiem i krzesłami z widokiem na las, można było delektować się ciszą, śpiewem ptaków i szumem morza. Z dużego pokoju jest wyjście na taras, na którym jest stolik z krzesłami i plac zabaw dla dzieci co dla nas było wielkim plusem. Picie kawy w czasie gdy dzieci się bawią bezcenne :) Bardzo blisko do morza. Przyznam, że wynajmując apartament myśleliśmy, że jest on bliżej centrum, wydawało mi się, że wybrałem całkiem inną lokalizację, a na stronie coś mnie przekierowało i tak naprawdę na miejscu dopiero zorientowałem się, że to nie ten apartament, ale przyznam, że pomyłka jak dla nas na plus. Bardzo fajna okolica cisza i spokój, blisko nad morze oraz do sklepu, do centrum jest kawałek do przejścia, ale spacer był samą przyjemnością. Bardzo fajnie wyposażony apartament."
