Description of the accommodation:

A beautiful villa located in the western, quiet part of the coastal district. There are 24 luxurious and comfortably furnished flats spread over three codices. The upper floors are accessible by lift. Flats on the ground floor have access to a small garden, those on upper floors have balconies. The building is only 200 metres from the promenade and the sea. There is an underground garage under the building, but not all flats have a parking space. It is possible to park on the street, but the entire seaside district is covered by a paid parking zone.
