The building is located in a quiet area with good connection to the German side, both by car and by train. In a distance of 200 m you will find a popular local market where everyday items can be bought at a low price. Some apartments offer an underground garage, while bicycle storage is accessible to all guests. All apartments in this building have a modern, functional interior design. Each apartment comprises a bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a balcony.
