Apartment with an entrance on the ground floor while on the first floor is a beautiful terrace. From the terrace, you can enjoy magnificent breathtaking sunsets and beautiful sea views. The apartment consists of a bedroom with an open passage to the living room so that it is possible to see the sea from the bedroom. Bedroom with double bed (160x200), bed linen is provided (change weekly), two nightstands with bedside lamps, wardrobe, iron and ironing board, and air conditioning. The living area has a sofa bed (futon), nightstand with bedside lamp, coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs, cabinet, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet connection, additional electric heater for the winter months. The living room opens onto the terrace. Kitchenette equipped with two electric hobs, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, Mocca, small portable electric oven, toaster. Complete bathroom with exterior window, shower, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, hairdryer. At the entrance terrace with a small portable barbecue for shared use with the studio. Free parking near the house. Pets are welcome at an additional cost.

To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend that you go to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.

For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small cave Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world only 60 km from Umag. - for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
