Description of the accommodation:

This residential building is located in a newly constructed area of Medulin, named "Lokva". The building was built in 2020 and therefore is not displayed on Google Maps. While the surrounding area is still in construction, there are still no proper asphalted roads. Construction works are suspended in the summer period from 15.06. till 01.09.

Apartment is located on the 1nd floor and can accommodate 2 to 4 people (families with children). With its 54 m² size, apartment offers: air conditioned living room with sleeping possibility (sofa), kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom with washing machine and balcony with sitting furniture. Kitchen has fridge, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, water heater, dishes and cutlery. Guests also have TV/SAT, free WiFi and parking place. Bedroom has ceiling fan. Bed sheets and towels are included. Pets are not allowed.

NOTE: Security deposit of 200,00 EUR in cash must be leaved on first day and will be returned on last day.
