There are enough parking spaces on the property of 3000 m². The facility's parking lot is under video surveillance.

The natural surroundings of the house offer many opportunities for leisure, such as paragliding, beautiful hiking trails, cycling trails, horse riding, fishing and much more.

EMARIS MAXI:
This beautiful apartment on the ground floor is intended for up to 6 people in a quiet and idyllic environment.

The apartment has a living room / dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a very pleasant bathroom.
Two rooms are furnished with double beds, and the third with a single bed. The third bedroom is open to the living room and can be darkened with a curtain.
The 6th bed is on the sofa bed in the living room.
