The Franca apartment is immersed in the wonderful surrounding Mediterranean nature, with splendid panoramic views in a quiet area, and the beach can be easily reached on foot in just 10 min. The best local restaurants are nearby. You will like my accommodation for the views, the fresh vegetables straight from the garden and the intimacy. Suitable for couples, lone adventurers, and families (with children) pets are welcome with a supplement payable on arrival.

The air-conditioned 45 sqm apartment furnished with care and love is located in a family house with a private entrance. It has a double bedroom with a sofa and wardrobe, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom with shower, sink with mirror and cabinet, bidet, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, two towels per person for the bathroom are provided (changed weekly) The living area consists of a living area with sofa bed, coffee table coffee, flat screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection and kitchen equipped with fridge with freezer area, stove with two electric plates, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, dining table with 4 chairs. From the living area you go out onto the terrace equipped with garden furniture with a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. In the private garden next to the house there is a table and chairs covered with wonderful vegetation. Private parking near the house. The ideal accommodation to spend a holiday in complete relaxation and tranquility away from the noise of the city.

The Savudrija area where the apartment is located is rich in pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation, with a clear sea, unspoiled nature, and a variety of types of beaches. For the characteristics of the air, the area has already been known since the Austro-Hungarian era. The air you breathe in this area, with an ideal concentration of plant and marine aerosols, the climate of Bašanija - Savudrija is able to stimulate and promote physical well-being and the treatment of respiratory problems.
The house is surrounded by greenery in a quiet and sunny position. The nearby beaches are varied sandy, rocky and pebbly. The area is also loved by cyclists for the various cycle paths in the surroundings. The Golf Club Adriatic golf course with 18 holes just 3 kilometers away.
In the center of Bašanija at 1.5 km, you will find restaurants offering excellent fresh fish menus, the post office, two bars, the bank, ATM, a bakery, a greengrocer, a small supermarket, a hairdresser. Nearby the Savudrija tourist village where you will find tennis courts, mini golf, water sports and other entertainment.
The city of Umag is only 6 km away.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children.
To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are several opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris holiday village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat or coach trips.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend unforgettable trips to the hinterland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more.

- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or when resting in the afternoon,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning and the washing machine when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.
