The accommodation has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobe, the second bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The living room with sofa, dining table with chairs, satellite TV, kitchen equipped with stove with 5 gas burners, fridge with freezer area, oven, kettle, microwave oven, free Wi-Fi internet access. The large terrace at the entrance has a table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast in the shade. Free private parking is available in the enclosed garden. The area is quiet with greenery around and the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

The center of Umag can be reached on foot in maximum 20 min, the grocery store and the beaches 600 m, restaurant 200 m.
