Welcome to this cozy apartment located on the ground floor of a family house in the charming Komunela district of Umag. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The suburban location is quiet and sunny.

Inside you will find a spacious triple bedroom with two single beds pushed together and an additional single bed. The room is carefully furnished and has three bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers and a satellite TV for your entertainment. From the bedroom there is an exit to the garden. You can also enjoy the breathtaking view of the small garden and the barbecue that you will have at your disposal, from the covered terrace, equipped with a table, chairs and an umbrella.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dining table with chairs. There is also a comfortable single sofa bed for an additional guest. The bathroom is functional and has a shower cabin, a toilet and a sink with mirror.

The apartment has a separate private entrance to ensure maximum privacy during your stay. You will also find a wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings safely. Furthermore, there is a convenient private parking in front of the house.
