The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house where other apartments are rented. Accommodation is located in the tourist part of Umag, the most popular among tourists, due to the diverse beaches and coastline surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in plants of various species of evergreen shrubs, pines, and cypresses.
The location is ideal for families with children due to the playground near the house and close to the beaches. The beach is easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The location is quiet, sunny, surrounded by greenery. The tennis courts where the famous ATP Open Croatia Umag tennis tournament has been held for years are 500 meters away.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), two bedside tables with bedside lamps, a wardrobe, a second bedroom with two separate beds that can be connected, a bedside table, a bedside lamp, wardrobe, bed linen provided (changed weekly). The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, outside the window, two towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The modern kitchen offers a refrigerator, kettle, electric kettle with 4 ceramic hobs, dining area with dining table, and 4 chairs. The living area has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a corner sofa, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi. The living room opens onto a covered terrace equipped with a table and chairs. To find the beach that suits you best, just scroll a few hundred meters as the structure of the beach changes. For those who love the gym, free outdoor gym equipment is available on Villa Rita’s promenade.

The center of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or it can be reached by tourist train.

- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
