The spacious air-conditioned apartment, with three bedrooms, of 110 m2, located in the tourist area of Umag most loved by tourists. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house where two other apartments are rented, each for 2+2 people.
The location is perfect for families with children due to the playground near the house and the proximity of the beaches. The beach facilities are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. The location is quiet, sunny surrounded by greenery, but still central. The tennis courts where the famous ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament in Umag has been held for years at 500 m.
The accommodation has three bedrooms each with a double bed (180x200) and a single bed, bedside tables, night lamps and wardrobe, bed linen provided (changed weekly), a very simple eat-in kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, stove , kettle, coffee machine, dining table with chairs and exit to the open terrace furnished with table and chairs, air conditioner in the entrance. There is a complete bathroom with shower, sink with mirror and cabinet, bidet, toilet and washing machine, the service bathroom with toilet and sink, bathroom towels provided (2 per person, changed weekly). At the entrance there is a covered terrace equipped with a table, benches or chairs. The accommodation offers free Wi-Fi internet connection and free public parking in front of the house and an outdoor table without barbecue in the garden.
During the ATP tennis tournament 21.07.-27.07., noise is possible during the night.

The area is quiet surrounded by greenery, the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The nearby beaches are varied to satisfy every type of need, sandy, rocky, pebbly, equipped, with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas.
Near the apartment there are a couple of restaurants and pizzerias. Just 400 m away is the tourist train station which leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and runs along the coast to Umag center and vice versa.

In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.
To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend going to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
The Umag area offers countless opportunities for recreation and leisure: tennis courts, Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, equestrian center, sports centers for lovers of water sports such as water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children, and minigolf course in Jangaloozo near the tourist resort Sol Stella Maris, slot clubs, casinos, cocktail bars, the possibility of various excursions by boat or bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, inns, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.
For days you want to spend other than staying on the beach or in the evening, we recommend an unforgettable exploration of the interior of Istria. Grožnjan is a picturesque town of artists with a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the valley of the river Mirna. Motovun, a typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival that has been held for years in late July. Livade is a town known for its white truffles located in a nearby forest. For lovers of astronomy and eager to admire the sky and stars, visit the Astronomical Center Visnjan, 30 km from Umag, with prior notice. For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small cave Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world only 60 km from Umag. Cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also interesting, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited by organized excursions. Various excursions by boat "Fish picnic" are organized, with an offer based on fish or meat, during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj, Poreč, Lim Channel, or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in a beautiful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the amusement park in Funtana "Dino park", where entertainment is guaranteed for young and old. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham, and much more.

* We kindly ask our guests to follow the house rules:
- respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon break,
- for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
