The new and carefully decorated apartment is located on the first floor of a family house located in the tourist part of Umag - Punta, a favorite among tourists due to the variety of beaches. The location is quiet, sunny surrounded by greenery, the beach and beaches are easily reached on foot in a few minutes. Accommodation of 49 m2 is ideal for couples or small families and has everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable relaxing holiday.
Comfortable apartment with separate entrance from the common hallway connected to the host's apartment. At the entrance to the apartment, there is an entrance hall with a shoe cabinet, a large mirror, and air conditioning. The apartment offers a bedroom with two connected single beds(2x80x200), bed linen is provided (changed weekly), two bedside tables with bedside lamps, a chair, and a wardrobe. It has a large bathroom with a bathtub with splash protection, a sink with a cupboard and a mirror, a bidet, a toilet, a hairdryer, and two towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living room consists of an equipped kitchen, electric ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, refrigerator, hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, mocha, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, dining table with 4 chairs. Living room with sofa bed for two children or one adult. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi are available.

The apartment is located in the area of ​​Punta which is the most favorite and most famous area by tourists who have visited it since Roman times. Nearby there are various beaches (sandy, rocky, concrete, pebble and paved) that boast lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in plants of various species of evergreen shrubs, pines, and cypresses near the beaches. The resort consists of family houses with large fenced gardens full of plants and flowers. The area offers a wide range of leisure opportunities, water sports, bars, restaurants, an adrenaline park, and tennis.
The nearest sandy beach Villa Rita at 500 m, the gas station at 250 m, bar and restaurant at 400 m, a grocery store at 800 m, only 400 m away is a tourist train station that departs from the tourist resort Katoro and arrives along the coast in the center of Umag and vice versa. The center of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or by tourist train.
A car is recommended, but necessary.

In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, aquarium, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.
To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend going to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.

Grožnjan is a picturesque town of artists with a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the valley of the river Mirna. Motovun, a typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival that has been held for years in late July. Livade is a town known for its white truffles located in a nearby forest. For lovers of astronomy and eager to admire the sky and stars, visit the Astronomical Center Visnjan, 30 km from Umag, with prior notice. For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small cave Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world only 60 km from Umag. Cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also interesting, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited by organized excursions. - use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
