The apartment for 6 people, located in Gornji Picudo, a small town near Umag, is a beautiful accommodation that offers comfort and peace in an environment surrounded by greenery. The new, tastefully furnished apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The strong point of the accommodation is the attic on the first floor with a small terrace overlooking the beautiful surroundings.

The new apartment is equipped with great care and love, paying maximum attention to the comfort of the guests.
The accommodation has a covered terrace at the entrance, equipped with a table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast in the shade. In the entrance hall there is a door that separates the staircase to access the attic from the rest of the apartment. The attic is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, air conditioning, a refrigerator and a bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, there is an exit to a beautiful terrace equipped with a table and two chairs, from which a relaxing view of the surroundings is offered. The loft is ideal for couples who want to spend their vacation together, but at the same time want to have their privacy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an oven, fridge freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, Moka, kettle, toaster, pots and pans. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a dining table with chairs, a flat-screen TV with satellite programs and air conditioning.

The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200), bedside tables with night lamps, two wardrobes and a desk, while the second bedroom has two separate beds. The complete bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, sink with cabinet and mirror, bidet, toilet and washing machine. Two towels per person are available, and bed linen is changed weekly.

In the garden, available to guests, there is a barbecue, a table with chairs and two deckchairs for private use. Furthermore, there is free private parking near the house.

The neighborhood is extremely quiet, consists of several private houses with gardens and is surrounded by beautiful surrounding nature. Lovers of peace and nature will be delighted by the nearby meadows and promenades. The nearest store is in the village of Juricani, about 2.5 km away, while supermarkets and the center of Umag are only a 10-minute drive away. The nearest rocky beach is approx. 8 km away, while sandy beaches are approx. 12 km away. A car is highly recommended for traveling in this area.

In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, the aquarium, the church and a walk on the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, the new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in the shops of the city center or visiting the stands and playgrounds on the waterfront for the enjoyment of children.
To purchase larger quantities of food, we recommend going to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
The area of Umag offers countless opportunities for recreation and leisure: tennis courts, Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, equestrian center, sports centers for water sports lovers such as water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and minigolf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist resort, slot machine clubs, casino, cocktail bars, the possibility of various trips by boat or bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, inns, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For days you want to spend other than staying on the beach or for evening hours, we recommend unforgettable explorations of the interior of Istria. Grožnjan, a picturesque town of artists with a beautiful terrace offering a wonderful view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun, a typical medieval town located on a hill, known for its film festival that has been held at the end of July for years. Livade, a town known for its white truffles found in the nearby forest. For lovers of astronomy and eager to admire the sky and stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center, 30 km from Umag, with prior notice. For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world only 60 km from Umag. Coastal towns such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč are also interesting, as well as Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited on organized excursions. Different excursions by boat "Fish picnic" are organized, with an offer based on fish or meat, during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj, Poreč, Limski Kanal or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in a wonderful one-day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. * We kindly ask guests to follow the house rules:
- respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon break,
- for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioner and washing machine when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave containers empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the resulting damage to the owner, which, after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will demand payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure in order to arrange the return of the keys.
