The comfortable, air-conditioned apartments for up to 4 people each are located on the raised ground floor of a family house in Umag. The location is sunny, quiet but still close to all the necessary facilities. The sandy beach at 1.5 km, the supermarket, park and cafe at 250 m. Both apartments have one bedroom, living room that can be used as a second bedroom, kitchen, complete bathroom and terrace.

Apartment 1 has one bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, large living room which is used as bedroom (without door), with double bed, flat screen satellite TV, air conditioner, sofa and armchair, exit to the terrace equipped with table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with kettle, coffee machine, hob, oven, fridge and dining table with chairs. The bathroom has a sink with cabinet and mirror, bidet, toilet and bathtub. Free Wi-Fi internet connection, parking available in front of the house.

Apartment 2 consists of a bedroom with double bed and single wardrobe bed, large living room separated by a wall, on one side furnished with sofa, coffee table, flat screen satellite TV and on the other side two single beds, air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, hob, oven, fridge and dining table with chairs. The bathroom has a sink with vanity unit and mirror, toilet and bath.

The neighborhood is quiet and sunny, made up of private houses embellished with well-kept gardens full of flowers and plants and some buildings. The area has a large park with games for children and teenagers, free outdoor gym equipment and a magnificent lawn. In the area you will find the convenient Ultra supermarket with an attached bar, other shops, a bank, a pharmacy, two wine bars, the Paganini casino, cheap restaurants. This district is an excellent choice for those who love tranquility and comfort due to its proximity to the center and the seafront, while a car or bicycle is recommended to reach the beaches.
The center of Umag is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children.
To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world only 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad.
