Apartments Deni are located in Vilanija, not far from Umag. The house consists of two apartments, one on the ground floor with two bedrooms and one upstairs for a total of 6 people. Each apartment has a private terrace with a table, benches and barbecue and is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet. But the real attraction of this house is the beautiful communal pool located behind the house. You will be able to relax on comfortable deck chairs, refresh yourself in the crystal clear water and enjoy the sun. The pool is ideal for refreshing on hot summer days and spending unforgettable moments in complete relaxation.
The location of the house in the quiet village of Vilanija is perfect for those who want a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but at the same time want to be close to the beautiful sandy beaches in the area. In just a 10-minute drive, you can reach the most beautiful beaches in the region and enjoy the crystal clear sea and the wonderful view of the coast.

Apartment no. 1 on the ground floor
Upon entering the 70m2 apartment, you will be greeted by a spacious and bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a coffee table and satellite TV that will ensure your comfort and entertainment. A dining table with chairs will allow you to enjoy meals in company or organize evenings of games and entertainment.
The apartment has two bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe for storing your personal belongings.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine so you can have a carefree stay.
In front of the apartment there is a beautiful terrace with a table and benches, ideal for breakfast or drinking an evening drink. You can also use the grill to prepare delicious meals outdoors and spend pleasant evenings in the company of your loved ones.

Apartment number 2 on the first floor
This 100 m2 apartment offers a spacious terrace with a relaxing atmosphere, equipped with a table, benches and a barbecue. It's perfect for enjoying company, whether it's outdoor meals or relaxing get-togethers.
When you step inside, you will be greeted by a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two, a coffee table and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. You have everything you need to prepare delicious meals or refreshing drinks.

Next to the internal stairs is a dining table with chairs, creating a cozy place for shared meals and enjoying company. If you climb the stairs, you will reach the upper floor where there are three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.
We tried to create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere in the apartment so that you feel at home during your stay. The spacious terrace is the perfect place to relax and socialize outdoors. In the living room you can sit comfortably on the sofa or enjoy a meal together at the dining table. The bedrooms are intended for a peaceful and pleasant sleep, and the bathroom is equipped with everything you need for refreshing care.

The nearest restaurants are from Nono, Bokun kantina Melon in Petrovia a nearby village, the nearest grocery store is in Petrovia village 1.5 km from the house. To make purchases we advise you to go a few kilometers further to the most convenient supermarkets in Umag Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children.
To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are various opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, horse riding centers
, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where you can practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat trips or by bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend unforgettable trips to the hinterland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more.

- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.
