Apartmani Dita Crikvenica

This newly decorated house is located not far from the sea and the city center. The house was completed in 2021.

Behind the house is a fantastic swimming pool of 32 m² and 1.6 m deep. Right next to it there is a sauna, some sports equipment and a bar. The use of the sauna is not included in the price and is charged at €10 per hour.

A footpath leads from the house to the city center and the nearest beach called Kaštel. Although the house is in a quieter place, the city center with restaurants, cafes, shops,
excursion boats and many other fun activities are just a few minutes' walk away.

The property is equipped with video surveillance and is completely fenced. The opening of the entrance door and the door of the apartment is equipped with a modern card system. Each apartment has one private parking space, which is provided free of charge.

Breakfast is available at the guest's request, and is served in the breakfast room of the house. The price of breakfast is €8.00 per person per day and is not included in the price of accommodation. If possible, please indicate in advance whether you want to order breakfast service when reserving the apartment.

For special occasions such as birthdays or similar, you can use the breakfast room for celebrations after consultation with the landlord.
