The apartments have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a Wi-Fi internet connection and a secured parking space within the building.

The comfortable apartment Faro A2 located on the ground floor of the building has a bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining room, bathroom and terrace. In the bedroom there is a double bed (160x200), bed linen is provided (changed weekly), two bedside tables with night lamps and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a sink and a mirror with a cabinet, a toilet bowl, a hair dryer and two towels per person (changed weekly). From the bathroom there is a corridor that leads to the living room.
The living room has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer, two glass ceramic hobs, an extractor hood, a microwave oven, a kettle and a coffee machine. The living room contains a sofa bed, a coffee table, a cabinet, and a dining table with 4 chairs that opens onto the terrace.
The covered terrace has a garden table with 4 chairs and offers a view of the garden and surrounding buildings.

Second bedroom with two separate beds (2x80x200), two nightstands with night lamps and wardrobe, bed linen provided (weekly change)

The living room has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer, four glass ceramic hobs, an extractor hood, a microwave oven, a kettle and a coffee machine. The living room contains a sofa bed, a coffee table, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a dining table with 6 chairs that leads to the balcony.

Bašanija is located near the small town of Umag (6 km).
In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, the aquarium, the church and a walk on the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, the new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in the shops of the city center or visiting the stands and playgrounds on the waterfront for the enjoyment of children.
To purchase larger quantities of food, we recommend going to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
The area of Umag offers countless opportunities for recreation and leisure: tennis courts, Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, equestrian center, sports centers for water sports lovers such as water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini-golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist resort, slot clubs, casino, cocktail bars, possibility of various trips by boat or bus.

- respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon break,
- for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioner when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave containers empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the resulting damage to the owner, which, after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will demand payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure in order to arrange the return of the keys.
