Modern, air-conditioned, and lovingly furnished apartments with pool Fiorella are located in Tar, a small town 10 km from the center of Poreč and 5 km from Novigrad. Apartments Fiorela are part of the residence of a total of 9 apartments located in three buildings that together make up the residence. Apartments Fiorela are located in a separate residence. Apartments Fiorela 1 on the ground floor and Fiorela 2 on the first floor can be combined into one apartment or house for a group of friends or two families who want to spend a holiday together and also have separate kitchens and living areas.
Accommodation is suitable for families with children or a group of friends.
In the shared residence, guests have at their disposal a swimming pool, deck chairs, parasols, outdoor shower, portable gas grill and stone table with Istrian stone benches, playroom for children and adults with billiards table, table tennis, flat-screen TV, sofas, and armchairs.
There is a shared area on request with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
Upon request, guests receive on the day of arrival from the owner a valid pass for entry and use of the beach and tourist facilities of the tourist resort Lanterna.
The property is fenced, while free public parking is located near the residence (50m).

Apartment Fiorela 1 of 53 m2 is located on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a wardrobe, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bedroom opens onto an uncovered terrace equipped with four garden chairs and a table overlooking the pool. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet, sink with mirror and cabinet, hairdryer, two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area consists of a kitchen equipped with a stove with two electric hobs, refrigerator with small freezer compartment (3 l), microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining table with chairs, sofa bed for two people, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-fi internet connection and air conditioning and access to the equipped terrace.

Apartment Fiorela 2 of 53 m2 reached by internal stairs is located on the first floor and consists of a comfortable and spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a wardrobe, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, armchair, mirror, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet, sink with mirror and cabinet, exterior window, hairdryer, two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area consists of a kitchen equipped with a stove with two electric hobs, kitchen hood, refrigerator with small freezer compartment (3 l), microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining table with chairs, sofa bed for two persons, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet access and air conditioning. The living area opens onto a beautiful covered terrace equipped with a table with four chairs overlooking the pool.

Shop, church, restaurant, park, parking, pharmacy are located within 100 to 250 m. Accommodation is located near the racetrack, tennis courts, and equestrian center.
At only 50 m away there is a tourist train station that takes you to the beaches (sandy, pebble, and stone) of the tourist resort Lanterna, which are 3 km away from the accommodation facility. The price of a one-way ride per person is 10 hrk (approx. € 1.50).
Santa Marina Harbor, where you can buy fresh fish directly from local fishermen, is just 3.4 km away.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover inland caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.

For days you want to spend other than staying on the beach or in the evening, we recommend an unforgettable exploration of the interior of Istria. Grožnjan is a picturesque town of artists with a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the valley of the river Mirna. Motovun, a typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival that has been held for years in late July. Livade, a town known for its white truffles is located in a nearby forest. For lovers of astronomy and eager to admire the sky and stars, visit the Astronomical Center Višnjan, 10 km away, with prior notice. For cave lovers, visit the beautiful little Baredine Cave 5 km away. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world only 55 km away. Cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also interesting, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited by organized excursions. Various excursions by boat "Fish picnic" are organized, with an offer based on fish or meat, during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj, Poreč, Lim Channel, or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in a beautiful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the amusement park in Funtana "Dino park", where entertainment is guaranteed for young and old. * We kindly ask our guests to follow the house rules:
- respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon break,
- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioner when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
