Apartments Neža are located in a quiet, sunny area surrounded by greenery. They are located in a family house with a garden decorated with plants and flowers, equipped with deck chairs, a swing, and a portable barbecue available for shared use. The house offers two apartments for rent, each for 4 people. Free parking is available next to the house. The location is great for those who love peace and comfort due to the proximity of various public beaches that can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Apartment Neža B4 of 60 m2 is located on the first floor with a large covered terrace (26 m2) at the entrance equipped with a table, bench, chairs, and garden swing with a beautiful view of the park. The hallway leads to the bedrooms, bathroom, and living room with kitchen. The air-conditioned, comfortable accommodation consists of two bedrooms of 13 m2 each, equipped with a double bed (160x200), wardrobe and bedside tables with bedside lamps, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink with mirror and cabinet, hairdryer, toilet, and outdoor window of 4m2, two bathroom towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living room consists of a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle, plates and cutlery, pots, a dining area with a dining table, and 5 chairs. The living room is equipped with a sofa and armchairs with a table, a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, and access to a beautiful terrace.

Accommodation Neža A 2+2 on the ground floor of 48 m2 has a bedroom with double bed (160x200), wardrobe with mirror, bedside tables with night lamps, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two people, a coffee table, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-fi internet connection, air conditioning, and dining table with chairs. From the terrace, you enter the fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with two gas and two electric burners, kettle, microwave. From the kitchen, there is an entrance to the bathroom equipped with a shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, hairdryer, two bathroom towels per person are provided (changed weekly). At the entrance, there is a large covered terrace equipped with a massive table and benches and a swing chair overlooking the garden decorated with plants and flowers.

One bicycle is available on request.
Laundry next to the house in the yard is available on request.
The house is suitable for couples, lonely adventurers, business travelers, families with children and pets, or for those who like long walks or bike rides and lovers of the sea, sun, and beaches. Shop 700 m, beach 400 m, bar 400 m, restaurant 200 m. The resort consists of private houses with fenced gardens.
The house is located in Ravna dolina near the center of Basanija.
The area is known for the Savudrija lighthouse.
In the vicinity, there are various sports opportunities, excellent restaurants with fish menus, pizzerias, beach bars by the sea where you can spend summer evenings admiring the sea and beautiful sunsets.
The Savudrija area has been known since Roman times as an ideal area for the treatment of lung diseases thanks to its numerous pine trees and clean air and sea.
The center of Umag is 7 km away.

In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, aquarium, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.
To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend going to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.

For lovers of astronomy and eager to admire the sky and stars, visit the Astronomical Center Visnjan, 30 km from Umag, with prior notice. For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small cave Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world only 60 km from Umag. Cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also interesting, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited by organized excursions. * We kindly ask our guests to follow the house rules:
- respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon break,
- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
