Apartments Nives are located on the ground floor of a family house with 4 apartments, 3 of which are rented in the area of Punta Umag, the most popular part of tourists. The beach and swimming facilities are located only 350 m from the house, a restaurant 500 m, and a shop 800 m. Excellent location for vacation, quiet and central area. A private terrace with a barbecue and a table and benches is at the disposal of valued guests. Free public parking in front of the house.

Apartment Vrt was recently renovated and consists of a room with a double bed and two sofa beds for two children, bed linen is included (changed once a week), wardrobe and flat-screen SAT TV, Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and kettle, as well as a dining table and 4 chairs. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (2 towels per person included, weekly change). In the garden, there is a beautiful private terrace with a barbecue and a table and benches for gatherings.

Apartment Galerija has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction hob, fridge, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glasses and a dining table with 4 chairs. The sleeping area has a double bed (160x200), bed linen is provided (changed once a week), a bedside table with a night lamp and a wardrobe. There is also a corner with a chest of drawers, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mirror, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi internet. From the living room, access to the bathroom equipped with a shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, two towels per person (personal accessories). Internal stairs lead to a gallery with a fence, nice accommodation for teenagers with a low double bed (160x200). At the entrance there is a private terrace equipped with a table with benches and a barbecue.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children.
To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are various opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, horse riding centers
, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where you can practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat trips or by bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend unforgettable trips to the hinterland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world only 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more.

- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.
