STORNOVACÍ PODMÍNKY1. Storno podmínky se vztahují na zrušení rezervace ubytovacích služeb učiněné meziobjednatelem ubytovacích služeb a ubytovatelem (provozovatel apartmánů).2. Storno poplatek se počítá z celkové výše objednávky.3. Storno poplatek je smluvní pokutou a představuje náhradu škody způsobenou ubytovateli.4. Ubytovatel si vyhrazuje právo vystavit fakturu, splatnou nejpozději 7 dnů předuskutečněním pobytu. Fakturovaná částka činí 100% z celkové ceny objednaného pobytu. V případě že faktura nebude uhrazena do data splatnosti, bude rezervace zrušena,nedohodnou-li se ubytovatel a objednavatel jinak.5. V případě předčasného ukončení či přerušení pobytu bez zavinění ubytovatele nevznikáubytovateli povinnost vrátit objednavateli zaplacenou cenu pobytu ani její poměrnou část.6. Ubytovatel se zavazuje neúčtovat storno poplatky v případě zrušení rezervace do 8 dnůpřed ohlášeným příjezdem.7. Při zrušení rezervace 7 - 1 den před příjezdem nebo v den příjezdu bude jako stornopoplatek účtováno 100% z celkové ceny pobytu. Platí pro sezónní pobyty ( ČERVENEC -ZÁŘÍ, VÁNOCE A VELIKONOCE ).8. Při zrušení rezervace 2 - 1 den před příjezdem nebo v den příjezdu bude jako stornopoplatek účtována cena jedné noci (mimo červenec - září, Vánoce, Velikonoce).9. Při zkrácení délky pobytu platí stejné storno podmínky jako při zrušení pobytu.10. Nevyužité vouchery se po uplynutí jejich platnosti stávají neplatnými.V případě zrušení pobytu z vážných důvodů je po vzájemné dohodě možná změna termínu pobytu. Translation
