The apartment is located on the second floor in a high attic on the north side of the building which has a total of nine private apartments.
It has a total area of 33 m2 of which 5 m2 refers to balcony, ideal for an afternoon vacation while hiding from summer heat, enjoying coffee or evening in the fresh air in the intimacy of your own family or pleasant company.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with two beds, a kitchen with a living room and an extra bed (sofa) for two adults, anteroom and bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the spacious yard there is also a barbecue which is used as needed and in agreement with other tenants.
