The house is located in a quiet area of Medulin, 300m from the old center of Medulin and 150m from a bank and shop. The sandy beach is only a few minutes away by car.
This modern apartment of 55m2 is located on the 1st floor and is suitable for 4 to 6 people (maximum 4 adults + 2 children). It contains two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony on the side facing the main road. In the living room, it is possible to sleep on the couch, but only for two children because the couch is not big enough for adults to sleep on. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils for cooking and eating, and guests have an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom contains a shower cabin and a washing machine. Of the bedrooms, one room has a double bed measuring 140x200cm, while the other room has two separate beds. Air conditioning (in the living room), free Wi-Fi, satellite television, free parking space and towels and bed linen (changed every 7 days) are also available to guests. Pets are not allowed.
