The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house in Omisalj, 3500 m from the center and 100 m from the nearest beach. The apartment has 100 m2 and can accommodate 6-8 persons, and consists of three double bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), living room, kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower, bathroom with tub and terrace with sea view. It has TV-SAT, WIFI and parking in front of the house. In front of the house is a barbecue. Pets are allowed for an extra charge.

"A tulaj érkezéskor várt minket. Röviden elmagyarázott mindent, körbevezetett a házban, megmutatta a strandot. Utóbbi egy viszonylag meredek, sziklás domboldalon keresztül érhető el gyalogosan kb. 1 perc alatt. Egy betonszegélyről a vízbe mászva hirtelen mélyül, kavicsos, sziklás. A part fel van osztva az apartmanoknak megfelelően, így mindig van hely és nincs tömeg. Habár a tulaj az épület pinceszintjén lakik, összesen háromszor találkoztunk vele. Kedves, segítőkész, barátságos. Az ingatlan tiszta, tágas, teljesen klimatizált és kiváló a wifi. 2 hűtő, mosogatógép, sütő, mikró, gázfőzőlap. Összesen nyolcan voltunk, de akkora az épület, hogy bőven elfértünk, nagy konyha, nagy étkező, nagy terasz. A belváros gyalogosan messze van és nem túl mozgalmas. Pihenésre kiváló, ha valaki esténként nyüzsgésre vágyik, autózni kell. Csend, nagyon fontos a csend - éjjel-nappal."
