The price includes: accommodation in an apartment for up to 6 people, energy consumption (water, electricity), internet, satellite TV, reception services, preparation of the apartment, bath towels, bed linen, tea towels, jar, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, soap, parking in front of the apartment or in the parking garage, local fee to the municipality for the stay in the amount of CZK 20 / adult / night.Final cleaning in the amount of CZK 1,000 will be added to the total amount for accommodation. For stays of 5 nights or more, no cleaning fee will be charged.Upon arrival, the keys will be prepared for you at the reception of Hotel Říčky, which is located opposite the apartment. Here, we ask you to provide information about the accommodated persons for registration in the guest book and deposit a refundable cash deposit of CZK 3,000. This deposit is returned at the end of the stay and the apartment and keys are handed back, if everything is in order.The reservation will be confirmed after paying a deposit of 30%, this deposit is non-refundable.The additional payment for the apartment price, including the cleaning fee, is due no later than 20 days before the start of the accommodation.
