It's situated on the ground floor in family house. It can accomodate 4 guests. Bedroom with double bed can accomodate 2 guests and living room with extendable double sofa can accomodate 2 guests. Kitchen is brand new and modern, equipped with all appliances you need for your vacation.

Apartment features one bathroom with toilette, shower and washing machine.

A/C, WiFi, TV, Grill, storage space for bicycles and private spacious parking in front of the house is available to you free of charge.

We also offer you a free parking spot all day long, because you wont even need the car - Nearest beach is 200m away!

Only 50m from this beautiful apartment house you can use a totally new and spacious public children's playground! Also 20m from the apartment you can find a small supermarket for buying your groceries, and 200m from the apartment you will find a nice pebble beach. Great location, peaceful area and it's ideal for big families.

The town of Zadar is about 15 min of car ride away, and it is one of the most beautiful cities in the Adriatic coast. The National park of Paklenica is an 1,5 hour away, as is the national park of Krka- and I higly reccomend you visit. We are looking forward to your visit!

CHECK IN time is from 4 PM.
CHECK OUT time is until 10 AM.

- For visits lasting longer than 7 days, we change the bedroom sheets and towels every 7 days.
- Pets are not allowed!
- Baby travel cot can be provided only with previous request, free of charge.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00, please be respectful of this!
- No parties, loud music or friends coming over from other apartments in the area.
