Every part of this beautiful second floor apartment is designed with a lot of feeling and sense for minimalism. Heart of the inside of the apartment is an open space with a living area, dining area and a kitchen. Whole open area has big windows towards the balcony and the sea.

Unique feature of the apartment is a big balcony with Seaview. Balcony is completely covered, so there will be enough shade. You can enjoy a fine dinner on the outdoor dining table or just relax on the sunchair overlooking the Adriatic sea.

Living room is equipped with a big and cosy sofa and TV with satellite programs. Sofa has a bed function, where two guests can comfortably sleep. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, dishwasher, induction cooking board, oven, cooking hood, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle. The kitchen is also a dining area with tables for 6 guests. 

Apartment offers two ensuite bedrooms with king sized bed, equipped with wardrobe and a work desk. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower. Beds in the apartment are always prepared for guests with linen. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, hair dryer and towels for every guest.

Sunset Royal Apartment II. is equipped with air conditioning, floor heating system, mosquito nets, window shutters, complete Wi-Fi coverage, SAT TV, bed linens and towels. Baby bed and a feeding chair can be prepared upon request as well. There are two private parking spots located by the apartment building.
