Top location for vacation, in a privileged part of Umag - Punta near Stella Maris, where the renowned tennis tournament ATP Open Croatia Umag has been held for years. The beach and the beach can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The house offers in sharing for free use: deck chairs, outdoor pool and whirlpool tub, outdoor shower, 2 gazebos, barbecue, but the bicycles are at an additional cost. Near the house, there is a children's playground and free public parking.

Spacious apartment of 120 m2, consisting of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, kitchen, terrace. The bedroom with a double bed (160x200) has its own bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, bedroom with single bed (90x200) has its own bathroom with shower and hydromassage, sink, and toilet. In addition, the accommodation offers three bedrooms with double beds and an external bathroom with bath, sink, toilet, mirror, and 1 separate toilet with sink, mirror, and toilet. Bed linen is provided (changed weekly), two bath towels per person are provided. The living room has a dining room with table and chairs, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet connection, kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, electric stove with 4 cooking areas, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, dishes and utensils food, kitchen utensils (most needed). The hallway with air conditioning leads to a partially covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs and an awning for the uncovered part of the terrace. These beaches make a unique beautiful Mediterranean vegetation along the coast that allows you to protect yourself from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach that suits you best, just scroll a few hundred meters as the structure of the beach changes. For those who love the gym, free outdoor gym equipment is available on Villa Rita’s promenade.
A shop is only 500 m away and a restaurant 200 m. Tennis courts are only 200 m away, public children's playground 20 m.
Near the apartment, there are several restaurants and pizzerias. Restaurant Punta, about 700 m from the house, offers a wide selection of fish dishes, appetizers, first courses, and desserts. Only 400 m away is the station of the tourist train that departs from the tourist resort Katoro and arrives along the coast in the center of Umag and vice versa. The center of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or it can be reached by tourist train.

In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, aquarium, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.
To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend that you go to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.

* We kindly ask our guests to follow the house rules:
- respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon break,
- for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
