"Schimmel im Bad, Türklinke, die sie im Zimmer einsperrt
- Plus: Nette Besitzer, Klimaanlage, warmwasser in der Dusche ging.
Minus:
1) Schimmel an der Decke und Duschvorhang. War Besitzern bekannt, Aussage: reparieren wir im Herbst. Beschwerde bei fewo-direkt: nach sehr kurzer Zeit Schimmel provisorisch (mit Lappen abwischen, Farbe drüber) "repariert". Ich erwarte eine Ferienwohnung OHNE gesundheitsgefährenden Schimmel.
2) keine Handtücher oder jegliche Tücher bei Ankunft. Ebenso Fön. Da 21 Uhr angekommen, 21:30 gemerkt, schliefen die Besitzer schon. Am nächsten Tag 4 St Handtücher von 30x50 cm Größe (KEINE Duschtücher, viel zu klein nach dem Duschen) erhalten. Fön auch auf Nachfrage.
3) Türklinke in der Küche ging kaputt, so dass man sich IM ZIMMER einsprerrte. Küche ging auf den Balkon, wo man oft als Familie zusammen aß. Zügig repariert, nach 5 Tagen WIEDER KAPUTT. Problem war Besitzer bekannt, wurde schon vor uns repariert. Beim 2. mal haben wir uns beschweren sein gelassen, da es offenbar nichts bringt. Wir hatten beste Chanchen, alle zusammen eingesperrt zu sein, und runter auf die Strasse zu schreien. WIr könne kein Kroatisch, Beistzer - nichts ausser kroatisch. Passanten -wenige pro Tag.
4) Betten knarren unter einem 40-50 kg schwerem Kind so, dass man hinter 2 geschlossenen Türen das hört.
Rest: Kleinigkeiten. Schränke, die nicht zugehen, kaputte Leselampe. Fehlendes Besteck (3 Buttermesser für 4 Mann), 3 Schälchen. Also Eis durfte ich auf einer Tasse essen. Alle Teller: genau 4 St. (Wohnung für 5 Personen möglich). 1 mm Salz im Salzstreuer
Bemerkung: sicher konnte man wegen Salz, und Buttermesser, und nur 1 Rolle Klopapier zu den Besitzern gehen. Sicher, nach erklärung mit Händen, Füßen und Google-Übersetzer hätte man Duschtücher, und Salz, und Anzahl Besteck für alle Personen bekommen.
Fazit:
Wer gern: Schimmel hat, sich im Zimmer wg. kaputter Klinke einsperrt, nicht mal Klopapier und Salz hat - der soll kommen und Spass haben."
