"Eine Absolute KATASTROPHE
Die Ferienwohnung ist die Reinste KATASTROPHE..!
!!!...NICHT BUCHEN...!!!
Angefangen hat es das man uns für die Unterkunft die falsche Adresse gegeben hat, und wir zwei Stunden durch die ganze Ortschaft geirrt sind, auf so engen Straßen mit einem Kombi das wir die Außenspiegel einklappen mussten.
Die Küche kurz vor dem auseinanderfallen. Der Backofen ist so DRECKIG das wir uns erst nicht getraut haben ihn auf zu machen. Aber er hat auch nicht funktioniert. Der Wasserhahn an der Spüle ist komplett lose. Die zwei Töpfe krumm und die Beschichtung abgeplatzt. Das Besteck 2 Gabeln 2 Löffel 2 Messer.
Das Bad war nicht dass das auf den Bildern in der Reservierung war, der Spiegelschrank uralt und um die Tür vom Spiegelschrank zu öffnen hat man eine Rostige Schraube reingeschraubt. Der Duschvorhang oben gerissen und lose. Die Toilette mußte meine Frauen erst reinigen. Alles voll mit Urinflecken und Haare, jeglicher Art.!
Die Stütze vom Lattenrost in der Mitte abgebrochen, so dass das Bett in der Mitte komplett durchhängt.! Die Lacken zum zudecken waren alle Durchlöchert und und Fleckig. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Kleiderschrank mit einem..! Kleiderbügel.! In dem auch noch wirklich uralte und zerrissene Decken drin lagen.
Die Stühle in der Unterkunft sind aus Holz und wohl aus den 70gern. Alle schmutzig und gerissen. Die Wände schmutzig fleckig und voll von Bohrlöcher. Als es eines Abends ein Gewitter gab, lief das Wasser in Strömen durch und an der Wohnungstür in die Ferienwohnung, so daß diese 2 Zentimeter komplett unter Wasser stand. Zu erreichen war niemand, am nächsten Vormittag um 10 bekamen wir die Antwort es kommt jemand. Da hatten wir es schon selbst mit Handtüchern aufgewischt.
Der Balkon ebenfalls Dreckig und der ganze Boden voll mit Rostflecken, der Tisch und das Geländer Uralt und der Rost einfach Überpinselt wo die Farbe auch schon meist wieder am abplatzen ist. Das Geländer vom Balkon genau so..!
Den Grill den man nutzen darf, muß jeder vor dem nutzen erstmal reinigen.! Der sah auch aus, unter aller Sau..!
Das versprochene W-lan gab es nicht, auch bei allen anderen Anwohnern der Anlage nicht. Es waren nicht einmal Batterien in der Fernbedienung vom TV. Die mussten wir separat anfragen. Der versprochene Parkplatz existiert nicht, wir mussten immer auf der anderen Straßenseite einen suchen.
Der Pool roch extrem nach Chlor, der haben wir aus Liebe zu unserer Gesundheit gemieden..!!!
Wie diese Unterkunft überhaupt die drei Sterne bekommen hat ist mir völlig Unverständlich...!
Die Anlage und Ferienwohnung würde ich nicht mal meinem Schlimmsten Feind empfehlen.!
Rechtliche Schritte nur mit einem Rechtsanwalt in Kroatien. Und das wissen sie sie auch.!
