This holiday house is located just at the beach, only 20 m from the sea! House has three floors plus basement. There are three apartments in this holiday house. The nearest shop with groceries is about 500 m away, the center of Malinska (where you can find ambulance, pharmacy, post office, banks, ATM machines, also bars, pizzerias, restaurants) is situated only 1,5 km from the house. All apartments are pet friendly and air-conditioned for an extra charge. All of the guests have guaranteed parking spaces in the yard of the house and can use grill. On the property there is a fast-food restaurant open during the summer from eleven till twenty two hours.
Apartment is situated on the first floor and in its size of 90 m² comprises: kitchen/dining room/living room in the same space; three bedrooms with matrimonial bed; two bathrooms. Tourist kitchen is fully equipped: gas/electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer and coffee machine. This apartment has SAT TV and couch which can be turned into an extra bed for two persons. One bathroom has bathtub, bidet and toilet; other one has shower and toilet. Guests will have at their disposal their own private balcony (size 15m²) that comes with garden furniture and a amazing sea view. Also, there is guaranteed parking spaces at the house yard and the guest can use the barbecue in the yard.
