The Arsenal apartment is a 4-bedroom apartment, handed over in 2022, located in a newly built apartment building in Újpest, next to Árpád út. It is located on a side street, with no traffic noise from Árpád út.
Ideal for colleagues, groups of friends or even multi-generational families.

Fully equipped bedrooms and common rooms await our guests.
The kitchen-dining room is equipped with a Polar air-conditioning unit to ensure optimal temperature.

Access to the house is by code at the gate and a key box is provided with the key to the apartment (including the key). No need for guests to arrive together and make sure that the person with the key is there.
It is easily accessible by car within minutes from both the M3 and M0 motorways, and the morning rush hour is not a problem either, as the crowds of cars arriving in Budapest can be easily avoided.

Public transport is also convenient, with metro 3, trams 12 and 14 and bus stops all within 2-4 minutes.

You can take the bus both in front of the building and in Újpest centre.
