The luxury apartments of Avand Apartments are located in the modern complex of Széchenyi Residence in one of the newest complexes in Debrecen.

The services of our smart apartments without reception can be used through the TMRW Apartments application, which is practically an interactive dashboard. Check-in and check-out, as well as access to the building and the apartment, take place on a digital interface.
We can provide accommodation for two people in all three of our apartments. A comfortable bed, free WIFI, flat-screen TV and Nespresso coffee are waiting for our guests. Our bathrooms are equipped with showers, hair dryers, towels of different sizes and luxury cosmetics.
The kitchen has a built-in oven and hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, kitchen utensils and, of course, all kitchen utensils that can be used to prepare a pleasant lunch or dinner. You have to pay a parking fee on the street from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays. There is a garage under the building. If required, private parking is also available for a separate fee.
