This tastefully furnished apartment is located on a modern estate in a building with a lift. The location on Bałtycka Street in Kołobrzeg provides easy access to the commercial and service infrastructure and to all the tourist attractions of the city. Kołobrzeg's seaside climate is conducive to regeneration, and the clean air rich in iodine ensures improved health and well-being. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached in about a 20-minute walk. On the way, it is worth spending a moment among the greenery in the Unity Park. In addition to the natural advantages, the area abounds in attractions typical of seaside towns. Restaurants offering seafood specialities can be found in the area. At a distance of 190 m from the apartment, right next to the Fish Market, there is Fish & Chips Nemo offering take-away meals. While in Kołobrzeg, it is worth visiting its biggest attractions, such as the pier (1.7 km), the Museum of Wax Figures (1.5 km) or the Lighthouse (1.7 km). Sailing enthusiasts, within a few minutes' drive, will find the Marina Solna - a sailing marina, the Kołobrzeg Maritime Heritage Park (a Cold War-era patrol submarine with an exhibition in the engine room and the possibility to visit the deck) and the Piracy Museum. The apartment's charming location is conducive to beachcombing and nature walks, and for those who appreciate active recreation, the area offers numerous bicycle paths. Grocery shopping can be done at the nearest Żabka, which can be reached in 5 minutes, or at Biedronka, which is a bit further away. There is a train to Kołobrzeg - the train station is about 160 m from the apartment.
