The apartment is located on the popular Fonyódliget, in a quiet and calm dead-end. The popular Árpád beach of the lake Balaton is situated only 450 m and available in 5 minutes by walk. On the beach there is a water slide, snack bars, restrooms, paddle boat rental and playgrounds available. The house is also accessible by public transport, Fonyódliget train station is about 300 m, while a bus stop is approx. 150m. it is easily accessible by car trough M7 motorway and shadowy parking spaces are available in the garden.
Food grocery is within 100 m, several dining opportunities available within 100-450 m, including several restaurants, snack bars, ice-cream shop, while a Lidl supermarket is situated in 2 km.
There are 3 buildings on the land plot, but currently only one is operating, therefore the garden can be used exclusively.
The apartment is located in a huge garden with large trees and shadow providing the following facilities: porch swings, covered seating area, ping pong table, table soccer, mini billiard, skittles game, sandbox, swings, garden grill and fireplace.
The apartment has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining room, one bedroom with 2 single beds and a tv, a bathroom with shower and toilet, while a further restroom (toilet and lavatory) is accessible from outside. On the first floor (attic) two bedrooms are located with 2 single beds and one chair bed in each. Bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with aircon, while the bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a fan, but the apartment is relatively cool due to the shadow provided by the huge trees. All windows are covered with mosquito net. The kitchen is well-equipped: dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, hot plate, micro, coffee maker, kettle, many dishes.
Bed linen, towels, consumables (toilet paper, soap, dishwasher liquid, dishwasher tables) are provided. Cleaning and filling consumables is weekly or at arrival/departure.
At arrival 25.000 HUF is required as deposit, which is paid back at departure (if no damage caused and kitchen returned clean).
Wifi is currently not available in the apartment.
