"Wieszak na ręczniki w łazience jest niepraktyczny. Ręczniki spadały z niego non stop. Może ręczniki powinny mieć pętelki, żeby móc zawiesić je na wieszaku. Czajnik elektryczny był brudny, zakamieniony i po zagotowaniu w nim wody pływały płaty kamienia, więc nie można było zrobić w nim herbaty. Drzwi do łazienki są odrapane i nie wyglądają zachęcająco. Brak zakazu palenia papierosów wokół budynku, szczególnie na dziedzińcu. Dym papierosowy wchodził codziennie przez otwarte latem okna z dołu, od osób palących na dziedzińcu. Dla osób niepalących to irytujące, gdy trzeba kilka razy dziennie zamykać szybko okna, kiedy smród wchodzi do pokoju."
